Reishi Mushroom, Ganoderma Lucidum, is a medicinal mushroom that has been used for over 2,000 years in traditional Chinese and Japanese herbal practices. Often called the “Mushroom of Immortality,” it’s valued for its potential to support overall wellness rather than for culinary use (it’s woody and bitter, not typically eaten like other mushrooms).

Reishi contains natural compounds such as beta-glucans (polysaccharides), triterpenes, and antioxidants, which are studied for their possible roles in supporting immune function, stress response, and overall balance in the body.

Our reishi extract is double extracted over many weeks to truly obtain all medicinal constituents.

Adults: 1/2 to 1 tsp. taken daily. Can take directly in the mouth, or in tea/water.
