Lions Mane Extract (Double Extraction)

Lions Mane Mushroom, Hericium erinaceus is a pale white to light beige toothed fungi that naturally grows on dying hardwood in forests and tends to grow in a single clump of dangling spines that form round mushroom bodies .

In traditional use, this mushroom has been revered as a longevity tonic for the mind, as it's reputation is with preserving normal cognition. In Chinese medicine it is highly regarded as both a safe and nutritive food (if you are able to get your hands on some - pan fry it up with butter and garlic....it's delicious!).

Our lions mane extract is double extracted over many weeks to truly obtain all medicinal constituents.

Adults: 1/2 to 1 tsp. taken daily. Can take directly in the mouth, or in tea/water.
