Lemon balm, melissa officinalis, is a aromatic herb with a lemony scent that is part of the mint (lamiaceae) family. Lemon balm can relax muscles and uplift moods which make it useful for nervousness, stress, restlessness and sadness.
Adults: 1/2 to 1 tsp. taken up to 3x daily.
