We all have a little Frank Costanza in us from time to time and this blend helps to calm, relax and bring peace from the inside out. This hand crafted blend is loaded with nervines (used to nourish, restore balance, and soothe the nerves) like lemon balm, passionflower, chamomile, catnip and skullcap. This tea is also perfect as an evening nightcap to lull us into a deep and peaceful sleep.

Steep 2 tsp per 8 oz water, for about 20 mins to extract the plant constituents. Add raw honey, if desired.

Packaged in a 2 oz resealable pouch for easy convenience.
