Steep 1-2 tsp per 8 oz water, for about 10-15 mins to extract the plant constituents.

Handcrafted with organic lemon balm* (melissa officinalis), holy basil* (ocimum sanctum), organic nettle (urtica dioica), organic St. John's Wort (hypericum perforatum), organic hawthorn berries (crataegus sp.), organic marshmallow root (althaea officinalis), organic linden (tilia spp.) and rose petals (rosa spp.)
